Christmas In The New Normal.

 Vigan City celebrates the Feast of the Conversion of Saint Paul and its Annual City Fiesta under the new normal. It has been a very difficult journey for every Biqueño here. And around the globe to live in a time of a global pandemic.


The impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic are still being felt globally and in our community's way of life, celebrations, and festivities. If we may learn anything from Saint Paul the Apostle, Vigan's patron saint, it is his bravery and faith in overcoming life's difficulties and his perseverance in spreading the word of God to serve thousands of people. For the bravery and faith of every Bigueno around the globe in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, we stand with you. 


For the commitment and perseverance

of every Bigueño in making Vigan a safe home for

everyone, we applaud you. And as we celebrate the Feast of the Conversion of St. Paul and our City Fiesta, may we all be reminded and continue to do good to others, to serve others with love and respect. And to remain faithful that all these will be rewarded through God's blessings and grace.

A 15 year old girl that is currently in 10th Grade, my last year of being a junior high school student. I grew up in a world where a girl like me, with my kind of skin was never considered beautiful. I do get bullied a lot which makes me disconsolate.
